It is a condition of your stay with us that you and your guests agree to the following:
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
Entry and use of Breezes Apartments is at your own risk.
All warning speed signs & guidelines displayed around the Apartments must be adhered to.
The following Resort Terms and Conditions must be adhered to:
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS – A deposit of one night’s tariff at time of booking is required, equivalent to the highest night’s fee of your stay. For example, if you have a booking that has two nights at $260 and one night at $235, we will take a deposit of $260
Balance of payments is required 48 hours prior to check in, along with presentation of a valid credit card to be recorded for security. A credit card surcharge may be applicable for payments made by credit card.
EXTRAS PURCHASED – We will strive to ensure we can meet your booking requests for additional provisions and services (such ashigh chairs, portacots)
All extras purchased online will be confirmed by our staff, upon confirmation of booking with us.
If, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with an extra service you have booked, we will inform you at the time of booking, and will not charge you for those extras. Conversely, you will not be entitled to any compensation or discount should we fail to provide you with the extra service you have requested.
APARTMENTS – Due to fire regulations, apartments may only accommodate the amount of guests that there is existing bedding for. Please confirm with reception at time of booking the number of guests you require. For your own safety, it is PROHIBITED to sit or swing on balcony railings.
Any damage incurred to larger items or appliances due to misuse or unruly behavior will be at the costs of the guest. Smoking in apartments is prohibited and an extra charge of one night’s accommodation will be applied to guests who fail to adhere to this rule.
Our staff will describe the premises, position & furnishings to the best of their ability and in good faith. No responsibility or refunds for any alleged misunderstanding of that description can be accepted.
LOST ITEMS – All guests are responsible for keeping the property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage due to personal neglect. No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the control of the apartment management. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.
All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the apartment or common property during their stay, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items on the property. Please do not move furniture around or move items from one location to another within the apartment complex, as a fee may be charged should this occur.
NOISE – Please ensure that no interfering noise is created at any time. Noise before 7am or after 10pm is required to be kept to a minimum (that is, so that it cannot be heard by the next door neighbour). A breach of this rule will incur an additional charge should noise warnings be made. Multiple warnings will result in eviction from the complex without refund.
ALCOHOL & BEHAVOUR OF INVITEES – Please enjoy our BBQ areas. Unruly behavior or intoxicated guests will not be tolerated and could result in:
being expelled from the complex without refund;
Be liable for any damage you cause;
we may call the Broome Police and you may face charges.
Underage drinking will be reported to Broome Police. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests. As a condition of entry to the complex guests must agree to abide by the complex rules.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR – It is of primary importance that all guests in the resort show respect for the enjoyment of others at all times. Abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to any rules may result in the person/persons being expelled from the property and all future bookings will be declined.
GUESTS – We are happy to accommodate additional guests overnight providing there is adequate room within your apartment and the maximum limit is not exceeded.
All guests staying overnight must report to reception and will be charged $20 per person (including children) per night. Guest vehicles must be registered with reception and may be parked in the guest car park or at the villa once registered if the maximum vehicles for the villa is not exceeded.
VEHICLE & BOAT/TRAILER PARKING Boats and trailers must be parked in one of the allocated car parks for each apartment and must not be parked in the driveway or in other apartment spaces. If the boat or trailer is in the allocated single space per apartment then the vehicle must be parked on the street.
CLOTHESLINES & BINS – There are two clotheslines available for use and each end of the property. Bins are located in the bin bay. Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the correct bin and boxes are broken down to make sure lids can be closed.
BOND – A $250 refundable bond will be applied to bookings over the Christmas Period 23rd December to 3rd January. This will be taken by way of a credit card prepayment which will be held until 24 hours after departure. If the apartment is left tidy and without breakages the amount will be released back to the card. (this can take the bank up to 5 working days to process). Should there be additional cleaning required or breakages this will be deducted from the bond before release of any residual money. This bond will also apply to day stays during any time of the year.
POOLS – Breezes Apartment pool operates daily between 8am and 10pm. No bottles or glass are to be taken into these areas at any time. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Diving, bombing, running or unruly behavior will not be accepted.
BEFORE DEPARTURE – To avoid any additional fees – All rubbish must be removed; Dishes washed ( in dishwasher ok ); Apartment stock returned to there original place. Failure to comply with the above may result in charges being made to your credit card.
PETS – Pets are not permitted.
KEYS – If keys and/or remotes are lost you will be responsible for the cost incurred to change the locks and the replacement of 3 keys. Minimum charge $30.
It is hoped that these apartment Rules & Terms and Conditions will assist all guests in having a thoroughly pleasant stay each and every time they visit. Your co operation is appreciated.
You will be entitled to a refund of your deposit if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival. If you cancel within the 72 hours you will forfeit the deposit. If you have to cancel due to government imposed travel restrictions you will receive a full refund. Should this occur we ask for patience in the processing of refunds as this often involves a considerable volume of changes to be processed.
